Cancellation Policy A 30% deposit is required for all boarding fees during peak holiday periods, payable at the time of booking. Deposits will be refunded in full if the booking is canceled 4 weeks prior to the boarding start date. For booking cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to the boarding start date, a 50% refund of the deposit will apply. No refund will be provided for bookings canceled less than 2 weeks prior to the boarding start date. Peak holiday deposits are required to be paid 6 weeks prior to your booking, or the booking will be forfeited. Unused days during holiday periods will be charged. Other Terms Abandoned pets are re-homed as the business sees fit after 10 days of the due pick-up date if the owner has not contacted Country Kennels. Unless agreed otherwise, dogs will be included in supervised playgroups during their stay. Unless agreed otherwise, pets may be photographed and appear on the Country Kennels website/Facebook account. All fees and charges must be paid in full before a pet will be released. Pets are boarded at the owner's own risk. Additional Information Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, including Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Distemper, kennel cough, flea, and worming treatments. Dogs must be vaccinated at least 10 days before arrival and within the last 12 months. Dogs in season or due to come into season cannot be accommodated. Vet attention will be sought if necessary, with costs covered by the owner. Medication is administered at no extra charge; inform us at the time of booking. Rates are per day, include food (though bringing your own food is encouraged), and are charged as full days unless arranged to be collected by 10am.
